Scheduled Site Services
For the benefit of residents living at LAYTON COURT, the following list provides an outline of weekly services and/or periodical works scheduled.
WEEKLY SERVICES
- Waste bin collection – every Monday morning (bins go out Sunday evening ready for pick up)
- Cleaning of Common Room and Laundry area – every Monday morning
FORTNIGHTLY SERVICES
- Lawns cut and trimmed (every 3 to 4 weeks during winter months)
- Common area paths swept of litter and leaf litter
PERIODICAL WORKS
- Trim and shape feature trees (annually around July/August)
- Prune shrubs and hedges (every 3 months but not during winter months)
- Windows cleaned (external glass only) including cobwebbing – two times per year (October and March)
- Smoke alarm checks (annually)
ELECTRICITY BILLS
- These are received quarterly. After the savings of the rooftop solar panels are deducted, each unit will be charged according to their individual usage.
- Bills are usually sent at the start of the following calendar months – January, April, July and October from your Leasing agent
